What is All-on-4?
A Full Set of Fixed Teeth, Anchored by Just 4 Implants
All-on-4 replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a permanent, fixed bridge secured onto four dental implants — no removable plate, no daily in-and-out. Most patients walk out with a full set of fixed teeth in 1–3 days – subject to suitability.
It’s often the right fit if you:
- Have advanced gum disease or several loose or failing teeth
- Are missing multiple teeth already
- Have dentures that no longer fit well or feel secure

All-On-4 Implants – FAQs
Is All-on-4 the only option for full teeth replacement?
All-on-4 uses four implants to secure a fixed bridge, but your exact plan depends on your bone quality and bite strength — some patients benefit from five or six implants for extra long-term stability. We’ll confirm what’s right for you after your 3D scan.
Can I really get fixed teeth in 1–3 days?
In the majority of cases, yes — we remove any failing teeth, prepare the jawbone, place your implants, and fit a secure temporary bridge, all within the same short window. In select cases where bone is softer, we may recommend a brief denture phase first for the best long-term result.
Why do final teeth take 3–4 months? Can I skip ahead?
Your temporary teeth let you and your dentist fine-tune fit, bite and appearance while your implants fully fuse with the bone (osseointegration) and your gums settle into their final shape. Rushing this step risks a less accurate, less comfortable final result — since these are teeth built to last for years, we take the time to get them right.
How long does the procedure itself take?
Typically 1.5–2 hours per arch, though this varies by individual case.
Can I be fully asleep for treatment?
Yes — we offer in-house sleep dentistry with a trusted specialist anaesthetist. If you’re treating both arches, we often recommend full sedation for a more comfortable experience.
What determines the final cost?
Your fixed quote depends on factors like the number of extractions needed, your bone quality, whether one or both arches are treated, and your choice of final teeth material. We’ll confirm an exact, written price after your free consultation and scan — no hidden extras.
Are payment plans available?
Yes — finance options are available over 12 to 60 months, subject to approval. We’ll discuss what suits your budget at your free consultation.
Are the teeth removable, like dentures?
No — All-on-4 teeth are fixed to your implants and function like natural teeth. You’ll care for them with regular brushing, flossing (including a water flosser to clean under the bridge), and routine dental check-ups.
How long do All-on-4 implants last?
With good care and regular check-ups, they can last 20 years or more. The visible teeth attached to the implants may need occasional maintenance or replacement over time — something we’ll cover in detail at your consultation.
